I have completed a survey but my rewards are not showing in my account

Please note that on occasions there can be a delay between a survey being completed, and member's accounts being credited. You can log in to your account to keep track of your recent surveys undertaken and payments.

In many cases, rewards are credited within 3 days but sometimes it can take 7 - 20 days. We, therefore, suggest you contact us if you have not received rewards after 20 days. If the reward has not been paid after that time, please notify us again and we will ensure that any outstanding rewards are credited to your account.

If your account has not been credited within 20 working days please contact an agent.  Make sure you indicate when you undertook the survey, and if possible the subject of the survey. This will speed up the checking process.
